Bible Study

SUNDAY MORNING SUNDAY SCHOOL
Bible Study is an integral part of all we do at Union Valley Baptist Church. Sunday School is where we learn more about God and build relationships with Christian friends. Our classes are organized primarily according to age groups. We also have classes for children and youth organized by their school grade. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m. A list of all the classes and teachers are at the bottom of this page.

SUNDAY NIGHT DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING
Discipleship is something we take seriously. The Discipleship Training ministry concentrates on varied areas of Christian living. This ministry is conducted through guided groups. For example we have a women's class, a young married couples class, two adult classes, and one senior adult classes. There is also mission education classes for children and youth at this time. Discipleship Groups meet on Sunday evenings at 5:00 p.m. A list of all the classes and teachers are at the bottom of this page.

SPECIAL NEEDS BIBLE STUDY GROUPS
We offer a Celebrate Recovery class at different times of the year. This support group is for any person that is seeking God's help with addictions, habits and hurts. WEDNESDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
The pastor leads adults in a time of in depth Bible study on Wednesday night while the children are in Awana (school year) or Children's Choir (summer) and the Youth meet for their worship service. Bible Study starts at 7:00 p.m. To learn more about our Adult ministries click here.

REFUGE FOR YOUTH
Wednesdays is REFUGE night! This Bible Study time is designed for today's visual teenagers. Thought-provoking, high-energy videos, complete with great music from today's contemporary Christian artists, are used to draw Youth into some of the essential stories of the Bible. Once they've experienced a time of worship through praise songs, they are ready for life-changing discussions straight from God's Word. Youth are also invited to fellowship time at 6:30pm, and REFUGE begins at 7:00pm. To learn more about our Youth group click here.

CHILDREN
During the school year AWANA is our mid-week bible study for Children that meets on Wednesday nights from 6:20-8:00. We serve dinner prior to Awana class time, have your child here by 6:00 p.m. During the summer our children have choir practice and prepare to perform a musical at the end of summer. CHILDREN's MISSIONS EDUCATION
We have classes for chdilren of all ages on Sunday night at 5:00 p.m. Royal Ambassadors is our class for boys grades 1-6, Girls in Action is our class for girls grades 1-6, and Mission Friends is our class for children four years old through Kindergarten.
